Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners Court of Mills County, Texas, will be selling surplus property by public auction. County of Mills, Texas will be accepting public auction bids for the purchase of an approximate 1.07-acre tract located in Mills County, Texas. Said tract is also a portion of that certain tract sometimes known as the Ridge School House tract.
FIELD NOTES for a 1.07-acre tract out of the W.C. Wren Survey No. 27 (J. Boyde-Grantee), Abstract No. 1118 located in Mills County, Texas. Said tract is also a portion of that certain tract sometimes known as the Ridge School House tract and described in a deed to Mills County, Texas at Instrument No. 1506410 of the Real Property Records of said county. This survey was made for Mills County, Texas in August 2023.
